PSYCHOTHERAPY

My approach is as unique as each individual. Taking a depth psychological approach and working with each person in the context of their family, school, work, and culture, you and I will work together to address current problems. I'll guide you every step of the way, helping you gain insight into yourself and your situation in ways that you will transform old patterns freeing you up to feel more joy, freedom, acceptance, and love.

FACILITATED DREAM DIALOGUE

I offer a unique approach to dreamwork that is based in Jungian Psychology and indigenous healing practices. Dreams offer insight into your current situation, the past, and carry the potential of the future. They contain medicine that is specific to you, that, when accessed, will support your healing and unfolding. You will learn to work with dreams in ways that you can continue to use for the rest of your life.

ANCESTRAL SOUL WORK

Coming into right relationship and remembrance of our ancestors is transformative and healing. Discover how your physical and emotional symptoms, gifts, and vocation are part of a continuing story rooted deeply in your lineage. Identify and clear ancestral patterns which “haunt” you in the present and experience the support, guidance, wisdom, and love of your ancestors.

Why do we focus so intensely on our problems? What draws us to them? Why are they so attractive? They have the magnet power of love: somehow we desire our problems; we are in love with them much as we want to get rid of them. . . Problems sustain us - maybe that's why they don't go away. What would a life be without them? Completely tranquilized and loveless . . . There is a secret love hiding in each problem.
